Chapter 3: Programming Courseworks

Submit programming coursework

face Josiah Wang Tim Kimber Tom Crossland

It is your responsibility to submit your work properly, by the deadline, and to make sure you have tested your code on LabTS to ensure it will run in the testing environment. Unsubmitted commits on the GitLab server or in your local repository will not be accepted for marking.

You can view your submitted commit in Scientia. Only commits that appear in Scientia will be accepted as submissions, so it’s important to check!

You can update an existing submission to a new commit any time before the exercise deadline. Just submit the new commit using LabTS in the normal way. This will overwite the previous submission.

Some courseworks might require you to submit other files on Scientia (maybe a report) in addition to your code on GitLab/LabTS.

You will need to submit all files to complete your submission.

Exercise 8

  1. On LabTS, choose a commit and submit it.
  2. Log on to Scientia and confirm that the submission was successful.
  3. Create a text file named report.txt, and submit it on the Scientia exercise, in addition to your LabTS submission.
